Natalie
Glitzenhirn Augustin
Natalie an accomplished Lawyer and Businesswoman, is the founder of
Glitzenhirn Augustin & Co., an associated Lawfirm of Financial &
Corporate Services Ltd.
Natalie
is an industrious Do-it-All, who finds it difficult to give only one
facet of her multi talented self to those who seek her assistance and
advice. She finds it difficult to choose between a legal, Offshore or
Business Career solely, and has successfully managed to merge all three,
thus providing practical and effective commercial and legal advice and
service.
She
is a fully qualified Barrister of the Bars of England & Wales and
St. Lucia and holds a first degree in International Studies and German
from the University of Warwick in England. Having lived in various Countries
throughout the World, Natalie is a well-rounded individual with an inborn
ability to relate to all persons and adapt to all situations.
She
is a member of STEP and the Offshore Institute and the Secretary of
both local Branches and a Notary Royal of Saint Lucia.

Arthur
G. B. Thomas
Arthur was called to the Antigua Bar in 1991 and since then has been
engaged in private legal practice in the areas of corporate and commercial
law, civil litigation, land law, intellectual property, banking, insurance
, industrial law and probate for the most part.
Arthur read law at the University of the West Indies, Cavehill Campus,
Bridgetown, Barbados from 1986 to 1989, graduating from there with a
Bachelor of Laws Degree, Upper Second Class Honours. From 1989 to 1991
he attended the Norman Manley Law School, Kingston, Jamaica where he
completed the Legal Education Certificate; the professional qualification
which allows Caribbean trained lawyers to practice in all of the English-speaking
Caribbean with a common law tradition.
He is a past-secretary of the Antigua Bar Association and a Notary Public
of Antigua and Barbuda.

Kelvin
John
Kelvin has practiced in the Commonwealth of Dominica in the areas of
criminal law, maritime, constitutional/administrative litigation, civil
litigation and real property matters first as a State Attorney and then
as an Associate in the firm of Cilma A. M. Dupigny, Barrister -at- Law
and Solicitor.
Kelvin in 1990 graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cavehill
Campus, Bridgetown, Barbados with a Bachelor of Laws Degree, Second
Class Honours. From 1991 to 1993 he attended the Norman Manley Law School,
Kingston, Jamaica where he completed the Legal Education Certificate.
Kelvin possesses a Masters of Law (LLM) in International Maritime Law
read at the International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) of the International
Maritime Organization (IMO), Malta, which certification he received
in 1991, and an MBA.
He is a member of the Bar Associations of Antigua and Barbuda and the
Commonwealth of Dominica and is a Notary Public of Antigua and Barbuda.
