Professional Services delivered to procure an Insurance Licence:
- Meeting and liaising with the Financial Services Supervision officials, Auditors, and other persons involved in the application process for the licence;
- Preparation and filing of all statutory documents regarding the application, including application to incorporate the IBC;
- Preparation of Standard Articles and by Memorandum of Association;
- Statutory filings and notices;
- Issuance of share certificates and maintenance of register;
- Maintaining contact with all relevant persons and authorities and supervision of the progress of the applicant;
- Conducting negotiations on behalf of the Insurance company with all relevant professional service providers.

Services provided on an annual basis:
In addition to the above an annual management fee can be negotiated for the following services:
- Acting as registered agent and provision of registered office;
- Overseeing compliance as regards statutory filings and notices;
- Maintenance of all official documents and accounts in good order in case of inspection by the authorities;
- Responding to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner and in consultation with the principals of the insurance company.
