• Facilitating the organizational meeting of directors

• Preparation of share certificates, resolutions and other Corporate documents

• Preparation and maintenance of a Register of Shareholder (s)

• Preparation and maintenance of a Register of Directors

• Opening of Bank Accounts

• Attendance at the annual meetings of the shareholders
