Natalie E. G. Augustin – BA (Hons), CPE, TEP

Natalie, the Senior Practitioner of the firm, was called to the Bar in 1996 and commenced practice in Saint Lucia in 1997. In her 13 years of practice she has polished her skills and expertise in the areas of International Financial Services, structuring and registration of Condominiums and Private Developments and Company Formations and Administrations.

Natalie is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Committee member of the Bar Association of St. Lucia.

Vanessa William – LLB (Hons), LEC

The newest member of the team, Vanessa is an Attorney-at-Law and has been employed with the Firm as of October 2009. She brings with her a raw enthusiasm and the desire to uphold the uncompromising work ethic already firmly entrenched in the whole Glitzenhirn Augustin & Co. Team.

Ms. William is a member of the St. Lucia Bar Association having read for the Bachelors of Laws Degree at Cavehill Campus in Barbados, finishing with Second Class Honors in 2006. She continued on to obtain the Legal Education Certificate at The Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad.

Vanessa lends herself freely to the pursuit of the areas of law already engaged by Ms. Natalie Augustin, most prominently civil litigation, property law and business law.

Karon G. Joseph

Karon joined our Firm in November 2007 and in June 2008 was appointed as office supervisor and PA to principal with special focus on Condominium Development, Deeds, Mortgages & Alien Land Holding Licence Applications, Incorporation of Domestic Companies as well as the Drafting of Claim Forms and Court Applications. Karon also deals with Trademark Applications and is experienced in the Offshore Field where she sometimes assists with the Incorporation and maintenance of International Business Companies.

Karon holds a Diploma in Office Administration from the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College and is currently
pursuing the LLB via Distance Learning with the University of London. 

Arlene A. Poleon

Arlene joined the firm in December of 2001 as a Clerk and as of May 2004 was appointed the Corporate Officer in charge of overseeing the incorporation and maintenance of domestic companies as well as International Business Companies (IBC).

She has been trained across all areas from the preparation of Deeds & Mortgages to the drafting of Claim forms.

Arlene is part way through a Paralegal course which upon completion will hold a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the Sir Arthur Community College.

Kefa joined the firm as Office Assistant in 2002 and through hard work and dedication has worked her way up to position of Accounts Clerk, having undertaken several foundation courses serving as stepping stones on her way.

Gayle Valcin

Gayle joined the team at Glitzenhirn Augustin & Co. in
July 2006 as a Legal Clerk/Office Assistant/Receptionist. Her duties at the firm include all out-door office work, filing and any and all general duties in office.

Education

Gayle currently holds a Certificate in the first level CAT, a Certificate in Introduction Sociology and is currently persuing an Associates Degree in Business Management.

Cynthia V. Duplessis
Office Assistant

V as she is affectionately known has been an employee of this firm from inception and has proven to be of great help whenever she is called upon.

Veronica is the outdoor clerking and filing assistant of the firm.
